Log in to Online Member Services, opens in a new tab and check your Extras cover limits before booking your No Gap initial consultation. ^

2. Attend your physio appointment

If it’s your first consultation for a condition, such as shoulder pain or a sports injury, you’ll benefit from a No Gap initial consultation.^

If it’s for an existing condition you’ve already seen your First Choice network physio for, you’ll still benefit from our agreed rates* and get between 50% to 100% back, depending on your level of Extras cover.

3. Make a claim on the spot

After your appointment, simply tap your GU Health member card or digital member card. The amount we pay will be deducted from the total cost and you'll just have to pay the gap (if there is one).

This No Gap offer is only available for an in-person initial consultation (item 500) which refers to the first session provided by the practitioner in respect of an injury, or the first session in a new episode of care for the same injury. This excludes follow-up consultations, long consultations, telehealth consultations and group classes. Payment by GU Health of physio benefits is subject to waiting periods, annual limits and service limits. GU Health Fund Rules and Policy booklet terms apply.
